Common Ground Culture is a Pittsburgh-based consulting practice founded in 2025 by Seohee Lee, a trained arts administrator and data strategist with a Master’s degree in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University. With experience in research, marketing, nonprofit development, and data-driven decision-making, Seohee brings thoughtful, culturally grounded insight to creative organizations navigating change and growth.
